Most of us are habit animals. When we do simple cooking tasks, like cooking pasta, we're on autopilot. We do it the way we always did. We ferment the same amount of water in the same pot, use the same dough form and cook the same time. But it would be to our benefit to pay more attention. Why? Because although our dough usually ends well, there are some simple things we can do to make it perfect. Here are 6 tricks to cook the pasta perfectly:

 1. Boil Enough Water

It is tempting to wade into the water if you fuck noodles. You know, you are in a hurry and think that if you use less water, you will cook the dough faster. And finally, an ordinary pot cooks water faster than, say, a Dutch oven. But the dough needs more water than you want to cook perfectly.

2. Skip Salt in the Water

It is customary to salt the water for noodles, but be careful; All the salt is not in the water. Part of it is absorbed in bulk and reaches the sodium of your dish. On average, we consume more than 1,100 mg of sodium as recommended (this figure is 2,300 mg per day). And since you probably cover your noodles with tomato sauce (which is already notoriously rich in sodium) and maybe a tablespoon or two of Parmesan, you may not want the salt to be added to the dough itself. Some people believe in the idea that salt water makes it quicker to boil. No, at least not with the amount of salt you would use for cooking. We recommend to omit the salt completely in the dough water. If your sauce is delicious, you will not miss it and you will save on sodium.

3. Use a Timer

The difference between perfectly cooked noodles and a soft mess is just a few minutes too much in the pot. Most pastes are printed on the carton with an approximate cooking time, but it's good to try a piece of pasta as you approach the designated area rather than blindly following the instructions on the pack and ending up with cooked noodles.

4. Rinse Right After Cooking or Skip?

If you use the paste immediately (within a minute or two), you can completely ignore the conditioner. However, rinsing the pasta immediately after leaving is a good idea if you do not intend to serve it immediately or if you are cooking with the intention of serving cold (for example, for a pasta salad). The rinse not only cools and stops the cooking process, but also removes some loose starch from the paste, preventing it from cooling.

5. Learn to Like Whole-Wheat Pasta

If you are used to eating white noodles, it may be an accommodation to try making pasta with wholegrain flour, but there is a reason to at least try to embrace whole noodles. It has 3 grams more fiber per 2 ounce dose than white dough, and eating a high-fiber diet has been linked to the prevention of diabetes, heart disease and cancer. And its nutty flavor can be a welcome addition if you combine it with hefty sauces that contain meat, nuts, vegetables and other assertive flavors. Delicate cream sauces are best for white noodles.

The delicious recipes for slow-cooking noodles are perfect if you have to feed a lot without spending a fortune. All are simple and the result is a meal full of flavor that the family can enjoy. Almost all the pasta sauce recipes on this site are made from scratch. We try to ensure that we use readily available ingredients that simplify the cooking process and prepare a dish without compromising quality.

For most of these recipes, I recommend cooking the dough with the sauce, but you can do that. This leads to a more reflective and cheaper sauce. You can also have something other than pasta with sauce like mashed potatoes, pasta and more. There are a ton of different types of pasta that you can cook on your slow cooker. These include stroganoff, bolognese, ragu, lasagna and more.

If you are well surprised with the manufacturer's times on the packaging, you will not know if the dough is glossy or if it is already worn out and especially if you are tired of burning the noodles that taste the tongue. See if they are already cooked or have a little more leftover, do not miss our tips to cook the pasta well.

We are like this Italian grandmother that we all want ... but with less wrinkles. Let's go there!

There is not enough water in the pan: So the dough does not stay and is well supplied with water.
Salt of the eyes: The water to be boiled must be salty, but not excessive. To calculate well, do not forget to add a tablespoon to two liters of water. If you can not measure with your eyes, check the water bottle.

Add the salt at the right time: To cook well, you should use it when the water boils. Never before
Oil for cooking noodles? No, no, to say that. No butter. We tend to think that in this way the dough does not stick, but the real secret to avoid stretching is that there is enough water to cook the dough.
It's time to cook the pasta: you do this after you've added salt and boiling water. It's the best way to avoid having to leave the kitchen to run the account and continue.

What if you stir the dough? Well, beside the dizziness we can leave it standing, deform, break or not cook. The pasta only needs to be removed once as soon as you put it in the pot.

The last trick: If the pasta is al dente (ie with the center light, without being complete and keeping its shape), the kitchen is poured through a glass of cold water.

Wait a little longer: we cooked the dough. What do we do now? Then turn off the heater and wait a few seconds before straining. Of course it runs under a stream of cold water or speaks.

A return with the sauce: the touch of grace and taste at the moment of the mass and depends on the bowl being round. When it's hot, it should be ready when we finish cooking the dough and sauté for 30 seconds in the pan. When it is hot or cold, it should always be seasoned for noodles.

And the cheese ... what? Good cheese in question, the fact is that we can do what we want. Of course, we must remember that strong cheese, like Parmesan cheese, has hindered everyone else. So if we want the paper you have, or the pasta sauce and garnish, we have to spend it and choose a more neutral one.

Enjoy delicious homemade dishes with our recommendations and improve your pasta. If you dare to prepare homemade sauces and garnishes of meat and vegetables. We take your shopping home, so just think about how to cook.

One of the most popular foods you can do with a few pounds of minced meat is the meatloaf. All you have to do is add some ingredients to the meat and leave it in the oven. While you cook, you can prepare a quick salad. The leftovers will be really good sandwiches for lunch.

To keep my meatloaf recipe simple, I use minced meat. Many cooks use a combination of minced meat, ground pork or minced meat. Some use sausages in their mix. If you want a mix of meat, use 1/2 to 3/4 pound of pork, beef, or sausage for 1 pound of meat. Season the meatloaf with the spiced Italian bread crumbs to prepare the recipe quickly and easily. Actually, I do not say anything. I just pour out the ingredients with a fair amount of each. If the mixture is very moist, add more breadcrumbs. If it is too dry, add more ketchup. It's really a simple recipe for cattle salmon that is infallible.

Easy Meat Loaf Basic recipe:

  • 1 1/2 pounds grounding plate
  • 3/4 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and onion powder, optional
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce + more up, if desired
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, optional, but good

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large pan or casserole dish.
  3. Shape in the form of bread.
  4. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until ready.
  5. I cover the top with more ketchup for the last 20 minutes of cooking.

You can try extra spices such as diced peppers, diced celeriac leaves, chopped parsley and thyme. If you use sausages, add finely chopped apple and remove the garlic, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. On request, you can add small cubes of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots or peas. Some cooks add chopped olives or chopped gherkins or boiled eggs. You can replace the canned soup with tomato sauce by pouring more over the top during baking. The variations are endless.

If you are blessed with the remnants of this simple recipe for meatloaf, the next day a delicious sandwich is filled, but do not expect it. My family eats that.

Make your preparation more efficient. There are two ways to do this:

  • Choose a day and a specific time to do the basic preparations for the week (Sunday afternoon or evening, for example)
  • Prepare the food so that you can start preparing immediately after you have returned from your shopping spree.

Personally, I have always preferred the second option: prepare food immediately after purchase. Separate the meat in individual portions before storing in the refrigerator or freezer. Wash and store vegetables and fruits. If you consume them in a short time, cut / cut / cut into julienne / data / mix them and put them on the side, so you do not need them when the kitchen really start. (Note: Always use this preparation carefully to keep the food as fresh as possible).

If you eat meat and love to cook meat, you can eat minced meat or turkey as an alternative to a healthier diet. The human body needs living food to maintain a healthy body. Living foods are raw fruits and vegetables. When we eat fresh fruits and vegetables, our bodies absorb liquid what they need from the fiber. This extracted liquid is a juice that contains the same nutrient as the juice you prepare with the juicer in your kitchen. The good thing about drinking juice is that you eliminate a digestive process (extracting the fluid from the fiber) therefore the nutrients are immediately released into the body through the bloodstream.

Kiwi Fruit is an excellent fruit that is also an excellent source of fiber. There is a greater amount of fiber in three of these fruits than a plate of bran flakes, and the fiber content is further increased when eaten with the skin. Just take a bush and eat the skin and everything. Constipation has found its combination with this fruit.

It is relatively low in sugar compared to most fruits and is packed with vitamins, minerals and healing enzymes. A large kiwi contains more vitamin C than a cup of strawberry, an orange or half a grapefruit. If you want to add more vitamin C to your diet, try this amazing fruit; a small kiwi fruit has more vitamin C than an average orange size. It is also a superior source of folic acid and beta-carotene.

If you suffer from inflammation of the joints and muscles, you should regularly consume kiwi. The enzymes found in this fruit can help anyone suffering from arthritis or fibromyalgia. These enzymes are also very valuable for those dealing with back pain, hip pain and sciatica. Try to eat two solid fruits a day, preferably on an empty stomach. This will optimize the absorption of fruit enzymes.

Kiwis are also a very effective aid to digestion. In fact, they are an excellent appetite for meat. The enzyme in this fruit is called actinidin, it is so powerful that half of the meat is simply wiped off. They are also a rich source of potassium needed to stimulate the flow of digestive juices.

They are an ideal fruit for breakfast, they are very digestible, which is important for people who make breakfast difficult. Whenever you eat foods like nuts or meat, eat a kiwi for the desert, it will really help to digest the protein-rich meal.

Always try to buy them if they are still difficult, because once they soften, they have lost much of their nutritional value. We're lucky because you can get kiwis everyday, so go ahead and add them to your shopping list and get the benefits today.

Recent scientific research on the nest of edible birds (EBN) revealed that it contained rich amino acids and rich antioxidants. The two essential elements help to create new cells and neutralize the free radicals in our body.

Antioxidants

The bird's nest is rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances or nutrients that can prevent or slow down the oxidative damage to our body. Health problems like heart disease, muscle degeneration, diabetes, cancer etc. All of them are contributed by oxidative damage. Antioxidants can also be an immune defense, reducing the risk of cancer and infection.

Amino acids

The bird's nest contains amino acids such as leucine, lysine, glycine, glutamine, tyrosine, arginine, cysteine, histidine, tryptophan, etc. Amino acids are best described as the building blocks from which the protein is made.

Bird nests are expensive and nutritious. Therefore, it is important to distinguish the nest from the real bird (The authenticity of the bird's nest). There are many breeders on the market who increase the weight of the bird's nest by adding additives such as white mushrooms, gelatin and synthetic gum or fur.

Appearance: - Good and real nests consist of two main types of filaments. The outer layer has larger and larger filaments, while the inner part has finer and shorter filaments.

Boiling: - When boiled twice for one hour, the internal filaments of the bird's nest become soluble in water. The outer filaments contain mainly minerals, are less soluble, but give the bird's nest its characteristic taste and its fibrous appearance.

Odor: During the double boiling point a fine odor of scent is produced near the albumin.

Bird's nests contain glycoprotein. This particular glycoprotein has a mitogenic effect called epidermal growth factor (EGF), which can stimulate cell growth. The tonic of bird nests is believed to improve skin tone, reduce aging and prevent the mutation of cancer cells.
