We know that we should eat healthy. We want the best for our family Why do not we eat the way we should eat? Let's take a look at some of the reasons why we tend to make unhealthy choices along with some helpful suggestions for healthy dinner recipes.

First, all meals should be balanced. What does that mean? It should contain some poultry, lean meat, sea fish, seafood, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, cereals or potatoes with their skins, straight spices and lots of vegetables.

Room: The dinner should not contain more than 540 calories. That's the maximum. In practice, you should adjust this value to your individual needs. It can be 30 to 40% of your daily demand. But 540 calories are an extreme limit for everyone.

Fifth: avoid carbonated drinks. Contains lots of sugar and empty calories. You can drink water alone, red unhygienic shrubs, green tea or fresh fruit juice. A glass of red wine for some dishes from time to time is also a good idea. That's all! These simple rules will surely help everyone to eat well and maintain a good physical condition.
