Everyone seems to be looking for something to make us feel better, to challenge the aging process, and to live longer. Recently, I have often been asked what I can do to keep feeling and seeing myself young. I always say there are many things we can do, but the main goal is to achieve a healthy body and mind. It would be great if we could go to our local supermarket and buy a product for it, but here we have to control reality, as it will probably never happen.

There are various foods that contain fiber, but is it enough? Nutritionists recommend that men have a daily amount of 30 to 38 grams of fiber and women of 21 to 25 grams. That's actually a lot of fiber. Fortunately, there are many excellent foods that can help you achieve this goal of staying healthy.

If your doctor has told you that you need to improve your fiber diet as soon as possible, then all the vegetables are a good place to start. Not many have heard of some of the many high-fiber legumes, such as kangaroo or chickpeas. The cranberry grain has an impressive 13 grams of fiber with a 17 grams of protein bonus!
