Healthy food industry sees the presence of numerous online health food stores across the UK as a great help in maintaining a healthy level of healthy eating habits among their citizens. Due to a difficult work schedule or otherwise, most people currently have difficulty shopping their groceries. Thats where these online stores play a big role for these people to get their weekly purchases very conveniently and easily. So if you stay within the confines of the four walls of your home, these people can easily make inquiries and receive them at your doorstep.

The first thing I noticed is that this big health food store in the mall really loves to sell these drinks with vitamins and water. The colorful bottles were stacked, luring buyers with the low prices, beautiful colors and the dream of a healthy natural beverage that really pleased them. Well, I tried some of this "improved water" and thought that not only tasted bad, but the content of crystalline fructose (sugar concentrate) was more than enough unwanted food in a bottle for me. Oh, and if your body can actually absorb the isolated vitamins in the water, you can get the nutritional value of $ 1.50. Isolated vitamins that are not bound to all natural and whole foods are usually divided before the body can use them as fuel. On my trip to the health food store, I could see that the beautiful bottles of vitamins did not contain all the ingredients.

Here are some other ingredients that I have seen on labels that I would like to avoid when looking for natural and healthy foods and beverages:

  • Crystalline fructose, high fructose corn syrup and basically all with sugar.
  • Artificial sweeteners, especially aspartame and saccharin. Instead, I use Stevia, the natural 0 calorie sweetener.
  • Modified cornstarch. Almost all corn has grown in the US. Now it is GMOs (genetically modified organisms). Every time I see the word "modified," I suspect it is his true nature.

Isolated Protein: The body can not easily digest most protein drinks because they are usually made from "isolated" proteins that block the lymphatic system. Many nutrition-seeking athletes who work to develop muscle consume protein drinks without understanding the consequences or actual needs of the human body. You are seduced by the images of the abdomen of the washboard and the plump biceps to believe that the protein is good. However, many experts agree that it is a myth that someone needs the high levels of protein that are offered in some of today's muscle building drink mixes. In fact, all of this protein can do more harm than good.

These are just some of the ingredients that I try to avoid in my constant search for all natural foods and healthy drinks that are really healthy. Are there any ingredients that you ask? I hope you enjoy reading labels as much as you would at a large health food store. Until then, search online for all natural foods and healthy drinks, and stay away from the mall. It is scary there!
